When the European travel ban went into effect in early March of 2020, EF Ultimate Break had to adapt to an entirely new marketing strategy—practically overnight. I teamed up with a copywriter and a social media strategist to concept and execute a plan for the forseeable future, with the goal of keeping customers engaged in such a strange time.
We reached out to our Tour Directors across the world, and produced a weekly program with a series of videos for our IGTV channel, along with traveler content and miscellaneous fun—quite literally bringing culture to our customers' couches when they could not otherwise leave them.
